Sorry its 1 in the mourning and I decided to poop out a not so scarry wall of text, its more of a war story, but I got bored. The year is 2024. A huge corporation has made it big by introducing implosion based technology into everyones lives. They made it bigger by mining the moon of its titanium and other metals and the He3. This is where it gets strange...They have transports going to the moon and other planets, flying and performing high G maneuvers (15 G maneuvers have been reported regularly, we suspect it can get dramatically higher). We suspect they use electrogravitics for these feets, but its closely gaurded. They dont even have a pattent for it! Now heres where it gets bad. They kept growing and then stopped. Just stopped growing. They gained more and more money but the spent the same amount. Then Africa fell. All the southern governments of Africa have ceased contact. The UN lead an expeditionary force from Egypt. All contact was lost after they left controlled territory. Everywhere within an hour. All contact was gone. Before contact was lost reports indicated that the local areas were radically modernized. Perhaps more advanced then that of nations such as the USA, PRC, EU, and the NSU (New Soviet Union). I am Srg Millers of the United States Army 7th Stryker Division. We were deployed in Egypt. The UN was sending a second expedition...every nation still in contact. Hell...we were with a few Russian armored divisions last weak. Their new T-220 tanks....damn those things are beasts. Nothings going to stop those, perhaps our MT-19s....much better than the outdated Abrhams. Anyways...we loaded up one day and moved out of Egypt. We kept going for days. Into uncharted territory so to say. We were in a village in southern Sudan when we stopped. We weren't going to advance further. The Russians were going to spearhead this. These people really were advanced.I mean we seen the reports but...I'll just describe it. They didn't have many roads...they didn't seem to need them. Most of their transport systems were by air. Sometimes we would see small flying...like shark like...things. I dont know what they were, certainly not planes. They didn't have wings, nor rotors. They didn't have jets. They flew silently. They often surprised us even. There were also huge floating...blocks. They were streamlined in a way but they were HUGE! Sometimes as big as a small city. Whats more is that most of it didn't show up on radar. These things were STEALTH! The fields were maintained by the people, but the vehicles and tools seemed much for sophisticated. They had these things that spread soil, or fertilizer or seeds or whatever. It looked kinda like a tank, with the turret and everything. Upon inquiry they demonstrated how it was readilly adaptable...they even changed the turret and storage bay for watering use. Their village wasn't like those run down, stinky, mud covered, cheap villages you usually think of an African village. I know it wasn't THAT bad to begin with but still. These were sophisticated. They seemed to use the Earth itself as an outside or rooftop to many of the buildings. The buildings were made of a metallic substance...very very strong though. The people didn't seem to mind being invaded. They weren't happy our overwhelmed with joy. They kept saying that we are welcome in their lands for we have always traveled on their lands. I have no idea what they meant by that. One day we were making our patrols. The stryker commander told us they just gotten reports via radio transmission that the NSU was under attack. All the Russian forces ahead of us had turned around and were heading back. The villagers seemed like they didn't care at all. They understood us. But.... A few days latter Northern Europe and Canada was overrun just like Russia was. The Russian forces had disappeared before we meat up with them. We were getting nervous. A weak latter the satellite network was wiped out. No communication state side. We were isolated. Now we were tense. One day we were making patrols on the south side of the village. It was at night, the cool air was good, we were loading up into the stryker. I looked up and saw a trail of burning smoke. Then a huge boom! I looked up again and this time saw an explosion. I caould hear the furious thundering and booming of fighters. I saw a low flying one just out right blow up no more than a mile above us. The infantry commander kept screaming that they were F-35s. Holy -blam!-! F-35s! Those were ours! We quickly loaded up and tried contacting the RFC (regional force commander...our operation was huge). The latch closed and we started pulling away. The look on Pvt Jenkins face...he was about to -blam!- his pants. I looked around, same face. I guess I looked like that too. We were getting out of there. The unit commander just decided to screw it and get the hell out of there, these villagers were really spooking him out...for that matter I dont recall seeing any villagers that day. We were meeting up with 3rd Regiment on the other side of town. There was a deafoning crack and than an explosion. I cant remember what happened next...it happened so fast. We were flipped over and getting out. I looked...the driver and commander was dead. Just us the infantry now. One of the strykers was completely engulfed in flame. I pulled on a fallen comrade lying on the ground...he was shot in the leg and couldn't move. Bullets were whizzing by me now. They kept barely missing....even got grazed a couple of times. I saw them. They were...well they were wearing armor...fully encased in armor. Jeesh, like straight out of a sci-fi movie or a video game or something. There was once a game called Halo or something like that, kinda like something from that. I took cover behind a wall. I looked to my left and saw one of those seed spreaders or whatever. It shot a shell at us and blew up another stryker! Good GOD! IT was a tank! I took out a grenade, picked off the pin...loosened my grip waited a second and threw. It exploded on contact. The guy was knocked onto his feet, I thought I made a kill. He sat up and shot, missed me and nailed Jacobson in the head. Oh god....god...It was horrible. I turned back, shacking now, and fired. Bullets...grenades...rockets...50cal machine gun fire from the stryker....nothing was stopping these guys! I felt a searing hot pain straight through my thigh. Damn...I was hit. Then again in the arm... I looked around....most of the others were hit, actually all of the crews were represented. They only were blowing up empty strykers. They had knocked them over to get us to come out...damn they wanted us alive, and we accepted. We surrendered. Although there seemed to only have been a few fatal casaulties, almost all of us were at minimal combat abillity. They had us surrounded, them invincable bastards. A transport ship came down onto our postition and these enemy soldiers swarmed the area...sifting through the injured and the dead. I saw alot of seriously injured being helped out by these people....it seemed as if they planned on aiding us from the start. One offered his hand, I grabbed it with my good arm, and he pulled me up and helped me away. I turned to look at him. He took off his helmet...and said with a slight French accent "Former Crp of the EUA....believed me sucked when that happened to me too....See now I'm with the UHR....they just united the world....we are just a species now, but thank god we wont have another wave of attack, damn I know how it fees..." "So..." than he stuck me with something, things got blurry, and I cant remember afterward.
