I'm sure most of us on here know how to play.
Claim a state, make allies with other states (if you want to or choose to build your own alliance) create your army and fight against other states for America.
Rules:
1. Be realistic. Don't be overpowered. Since I am the OP I will call out on you if you're being unfair
2. No nukes and kills in one post. A battle needs to be played out
3. No killing users' states if they're offline. Once they're offline for at least 3 days, THEN they're free game.
I call Utah and will be forming the "United Alliance"

After facing a brief period of famine, the Independenent Nation of Maine forms. Disgusted with the bloodshed in the south, they sever all connections to the war-torn southern groups.
Small outposts begin construction along Maine's coast and southern border. A small fleet of refitted fishing boats patrol the coast. Logging camps in the north face a few set backs but soon begin building up timber. Maine's National Guard along with several Militia regiments are camped near Orono.
We would like to warn Alaska that we will not permit any warships to enter our claimed waters.
Maine would be willing to open up a trade deal with any nation not currently in a conflict.
