Why isnt Halo 4 as fun as Reach?
Im one of the minority who actually thought, From an MP standpoint mind you, That Halo Reach was a great game, I adored it in fact, Much better than Halo 3's -blam!- MP (Again, I know thats not an opinion shared by most of you, But anyway) Halo 4 just doesnt hold my attention as much, Dont get me wrong its a great game but it just lacks... I dont know, While playing it I just feel like its not something I can do for a long period of time any more, Reach was far more fun and exciting and just generally entertaining.
What the hell is Halo 4 missing?

I feel like I'm always pretty in-tune with what aspects of Halo make it good to me and what aspects can be worked on. For Halo 4, I think that the custom game options that it's missing from previous titles is seriously hindering it. That said, I do not inherently agree to the conditions in your title. I would say that 4 and Reach are pretty close when compared simply on the basis of "fun levels."
