Someone already made a Joyeuse 7 account here on b.net and tried to look like an ARG character.
The message is very Marathon-esque. Heck, it's like the whole video was ripped from the thread.

I don't know if this thread has been picked up in another, but the logo in that video is the official Destiny logo, nearly 2 years before the official announcement and logo reveal. That video is indeed an official ARG video from Bungie. The fact that the poster is Joyeuse7 and the ominous quote at the beginning of the video is very similar to a quote from Cortana in the Cortana letters from before Halo was announced at Macworld (which was finally referenced again in the Halo 3 announcement trailer, I believe) along with the morse code and the word "starside" that Urk, Deej and well, everyone at Bungie has been using should be official confirmation.
