Did you ever skip school?
Security / cops at my school were never really super uptight so skipping was fun.
Any who our lunch is in the middle of a 2 hour class and once it started that's when we left. 600 kids going to the cafeteria created more than enough for our groups to sneak out.
My friends and I would usually get a group of people who also want to leave (6-12 people). After that we all call each other and with the right timing and communication we splinter celled our way out the school past security and cops to the parking lot into our cars and woosh! We all benefited by helping each other get out and we got back to our group of friends and took off. After that we either went and chilled at someones house, went to eat at a restaurant, go to the mall, movies, or whatever and then went back for our 4th period.
I don't know about you guys but High School was really -blam!- fun for me. The fact that mine was huge and wasn't strict made it even better.

I used to skip classes and sometimes entire days of school with friends occasionally. I still had decent grades, too. Mostly A's and B's with the occasional C.

In the first two years of High School I skipped with friends like 4 times out of the month. Went to McDonalds and stuff, one time I started choking at McDonalds and my friend was high and just started laughing at me while I was choking. I'm pretty sure I pissed my pants that day, oh man. And another time me and a friend who just got high took a bus to a plaza and bought a fish. We came back to school with it. [Edited on 01.07.2013 7:25 PM PST]

Next year I got my car and license and skipped a few times because I was scared of my schools strict guidelines. We'd go to my friends house and play Halo and eat bagel bites if we didn't have any plans / money.

I have a story about my friend though. He skipped so many days in the first semester that he now can't miss any more days otherwise he will be denied credit.

Yea. It was fun but scary because my school was strict as -blam!-. Senior Skip day was fun. I remember every senior and a few people of other classes just went downtown and we went into stores and the mall that day. Mall security and cops didn't even bother stopping us or calling the school because there was so many people skipping. It was fun seeing so many seniors cars downtown that day and running into each other. [Edited on 01.07.2013 7:15 PM PST]

I missed a lot of school because of my health, but it was all documented by my doctor(s).

Yes. When it's cold outside me and my friends go down to the gas station buy hot chocolate and just relax at the park for the rest of the period until we have to go back to school. We've never been caught leaving but a cop slowed his car down and kinda stared us down. My heart was beating so fast but he just kept going and I was so relived. Not too much, but I did on days when I was [i]really[/i] burnt out or if I wanted to spend some time with my ladyfriend.

I do, And sometimes I stay up until 9:30 and watch PG-13 movies.

[/quote] My school just either told us to get back to class or hurry up and leave depending on which security guard you got caught by. The only time they gave you in school suspension or suspend you was if they caught you rapidly trying to skip which after the 2nd or 3rd time getting caught most people knew the fun was over and they should just stick it out in class.

Yep, all the time. Still made it through on time and with good marks. However, now I wish I had been more committed.

I sometimes took sick days on purpose because I didn't want to go to school. Nice thing about college is, they don't give a -blam!-. Feel like crap? Don't get out of bed. Just don't want to go to class? No problem. Bad thing about that is, you may miss something important in class. And its up to you to figure out what you missed.

I skip school a lot. I have a rule that I must follow if I skip though. If I am to skip, I will not return until the next day. I've managed to pass all classes with a "C" average and I still have a great time. Luckily my school's "security" is a bunch of Campus Advisers in golf carts and they don't care if they see a Senior getting in their car.

Yup. Senor skip day was the best though, because the teachers were in on it and just didn't assign any work that day for us. High School was fun at times, but I would never go back to that place.

Yeah. One was to go biking with friends, the other was to go goof around town, and then a couple were just because I was feeling lazy.
