OP it can run the games, but for the most part on low. If that is fine with you then buy it if not then get a better laptop or build a desktop.

Most will probably tell you no since that laptop only has an integrated GPU (Intel HD 4000 in your case). If you simply want those listed games to run, they should, but I personally wouldn't expect too much in terms of graphical performance. [Edited on 12.29.2012 7:07 AM PST]
