Many know of the negative side of smoking, but they still choose to smoke and I stand by their right to do it. Same with alcohol. Secondly, if you ban smoking and or drinking you'll just raise crime rates. Bootlegging would return,and such thinks as speakeasy would too. Just because you make it illegal doesn't mean people will stop doing it, look at the roaring 20's and prohibition as an example.
