Like as the title implies, this thread's about the moderator's tools and how they work. I would love it if a mod took a screencap, or even made a video showing how they ban people. Like, is there a button next to their name? Does it have to do with scripting?
Please, show us. I beg of you. D:
Posted by: Mister Donut Oh, I didn't really think of that... Thanks, I'll have to check it out. This thread doesn't really serve a purpose anymore, so you can go ahead and lock it.
No sweat :-)

Only takes a second, and then you can delete it by leaving it after you've explored around a bit. It looks pretty much the same as it does in private groups. Beside the quote and reply buttons is another button that says "Unleash Ninjas". If you click it you'll unleash justice on some ne'er do wells. Except, the ninja's have an added option of warning a user. Did that help at all?

It's probably a big button that says 'BAN Mister Donut' :)

Go make a private group and look at the functions you have as an administrator. It's been said multiple times that it's visually identical to that system. They also have the report queue and a few other functions that we don't know about, after all, they're ninjas. Throwing stars? POSSIBILITY!
