He is very... Casual, about what he just did, though very cooperative.
Thoughts on this? I personally think the dispatcher was a bit too nurturing for him.

He obviously needs help. He's mentally ill. That phone call was quite intriguing. In a neutral way. He was just so... calm. Knowing what he did. It's like completely polar opposites. Fascinating. I do feel terrible for his family though. :(

I listened to whole thing a bit earlier. Crazy stuff, much respect for the dispatcher, and I hope that dude gets the help he needs. From pictures, they looked like such a nice family, too.
