The answer was almost plain as day but seeing as I found this mail sack today (ironically enough, I'm in it), I shant receive my swag for finding the answer but the puzzle was fun to solve at least. (Smiles, wincing)
Posted by: spawn031 Congrats Duncan! Also, for those of you that don't know, he is the same guy that put together all of this.
Now I know who to give updates to haha.

You know, the title "The Power of 7" *could* refer to mathematical exponents, but it could also be interpreted in a more literal sense to be, well, the "importance" of the number 7 referring to Bungie's obsessiveness with the number 7. Edit: Not that it matters at this point. [Edited on 08.20.2012 8:32 AM PDT]

Sweet, nice read.
-
I really hope someone can decipher the challenge. Knowing the Bungie community I'm certain it will be done.
-
I loved the mini-rant on Magic the Gathering. So true.
-
My creepy mustache made it into the Mail Sack. I'm happy.

DeeJ is getting sloppy, not even gold text in the OP.

OMG the cops were called on me :(

Gosh darn it Wolf, I have only been in two! DOiBO [Edited on 08.18.2012 11:51 AM PDT]

That's 6Mail Sacks I have been in now. :D

Is he talking about the Marathon 2 theme song?
Posted by: DeeJ The title of this puzzle is "The Power of Seven." Therein lies the only clue I will provide.
Good read and congrats Duncan. Anyone who is able to do that math-ception coma has earned it.

Which Bungie employee would kick the most ass in a cage fight between all the bungie employees?

"YOU ARE TRUSTING THAT I MADE THIS EASY FOR YOU BUT TRYING TO READ THIS TRASHY SENTENCE WILL JUST MAKE MANGLED SENSE OF LOGICAL AND AWESOME CHALLENGES".

Well, I was totally off last night. More imlortantly, Deej: Why is it every time I ask a silly question you answer it, yet everytime I ask a serious question you ignore it?
-
I love you, Alex Loret de Mola, for that first answer.

Holy -blam!-! Uncle DeeJ, when can we go back to photoshop challenges, or challenges that take a whole weekend to solve? I don't stand a chance when these quick fire ones are after I've fallen asleep. Great sack, I like it when more 'How do I learn to...' style questions sneak in.

Ahhh I missed the challenge, but I'm glad I did. Lets face it I wasn't going to figure it out and it would've bugged the bigibs out of me, it would have ruined my awesome day. [Edited on 08.18.2012 12:14 AM PDT]

you are trusting that i made this easy for you but trying to read this trashy sentence will just make mangled sense of logical and awesome challenges
Posted by: Ockeghem I demand the next challenge to be in the humanities.
No, it should be about automobiles. [Edited on 08.17.2012 11:33 PM PDT]
