And if by high, you mean graphics, I don't care about graphics, I just want to play Halo 2 again. :)[/quote] Processor speed will look like this - 2.2ghz, 1.7ghz etc. the higher the better. Generally i'd say any dual core over 2.00ghz should be fine, it should say on the specs from where you bought it, on the box, or on windows 7 itself. The graphics settings is just how nice it looks, whether its HD, the framerate etc. Halo 2 will be like the xbox version if you get over 30fps, which i believe it should be able to, depending on the speed of your processor.
