Kid dresses like rorscach and stops bully gets jailtime

He wasn't doing anything wrong either.
I say this is unacceptable.

maybe a week of detention for the Rorschach kid. He could have seriously injured the kid without realizing it. but I think the bully should most definitely be suspended for at least a good month
