I'm at 0/5 for Different Times and 2/5 for Thin Precipice, but I just ran Salvage twice (for the first/second time today), and only got armour drops. I don't know if I had a Salvage key the first time, but I definitely did the second time. I'm pretty sure I didn't get the deepsight yesterday, either, but I thought I must just have forgotten that I'd done it earlier in the day. Savathun's Spire dropped a deepsight for me today. My character (Titan, in this case) has the "Legacy: NPA Repulsion Regulator".
