Hey since Frenzy can't buff Reload on a Sword can it also buff Charge Rate?
Since Frenzy seems to land on so many swords it'd be a great buff to swords with Frenzy to max out Charge Rate when active. Just a thought since Charge Rate is the closest stat a Sword can have to reload

agree, but it need to be a lower % since is a known fact that lower % is better than bigger %
