Ttan Helmet Iron Banner Ornament
I recently purchased a new titan helmet ornament at the tower but It doesn't appear anywhere

Saladin doesn't sell you the universal ornament version, he sells the original year-1 armor ornaments The helmet can be freely equipped on Iron Banner gear helmets but to use it as an ornament on non-Iron Banner gear you need to unlock it with Synthweave

It will appear on the cosmetic options when examining an Iron Banner helmet, it is not a universal ornament, it is a Year 1 Armor Ornament and only unlocks on IB gear by default. You should be able to see it in the Customize Appearance menu, and be able to make it into a universal ornament using synthweave.
