When the delay was announced [i]platforms[/i] were the ones to forcibly cancel preorders As you cant preorder in-game - all it does is redirect you to your store to do the preorder there - the in-game store can be wrong in telling you if you have a preorder. You need to check with your platforms store or customer support. Xbox for example will show the preorder as owned even if it isn't if you have the addons installed. When the cancellations happened, people had to preorder again You wouldn't have been charged but if you were you need to speak to them

I'm going to toss this out but can't guarantee it's accurate; if you go to the Eververse store and scroll all the way to the bottom there should be a section that'll show all of the expansions, dungeon keys and seasons. If you look there, it ought to tell you if you currently own the Final Shape DLC. Now, again I'm not 100% sure about this so just to be safe I'd suggest you add the 'Help' tag to your post so that a mentor can give you a more definitive answer.
