Cant change my destiny 2 name. Help!
Hello. Years ago bungie made an update and my name changed to guardian117 and until this day I cant have my original name back. I try in the bungie.net site, put my original name and nothing happen.

You can try a different name if you have not previously changed it.[/b] If the system is not allowing more changes, there is no way to override it. What names have you tried thus far?

2 RepliesIf your name was filtered it won't be able to change to it. If you still have a name change available you will need to pick a different name.

If your original name was your PSN name then your PSN violates Bungie's code of conduct. I can tell that because the name is censored in your profile. Platform names will only be censored if they violate Bungie's code of conduct. You cannot use a name that violates Bungie's code of conduct. Use a different name. -

First thing to try would be checking the name policy and trying a different browser If you're pressing save and either it says [settings saved] or the save does nothing on multiple browsers then you are more than likely hitting the filter and being stopped. Given that your PS name is being starred out on Bungie.net means its being filtered and if you're trying to use that name you wont be able to
