Shaping Pattern Extracted, Purchased from Mara using Wish Token, can't craft
I picked up Transfiguration from Mara using a Wish Token, which came with a pattern. So I extracted it, but it's not available for shaping at the artifact.
Am I missing a step here? I'm down a Wish Token, and I don't have the pattern to shape...

If you've done 1x extraction for Transfiguration, then you still need 4 more before you can shape it. You can check the unlock requirements for each weapon, and your current progress towards it, on the Patterns and Catalysts part of your Collections tab.
