This is a total lack of respect for the Destiny Brasil community. We are already in the fourth week without being able to play, because disconnections with the servers are very frequent. Bungie should make a note making this problem official, regardless of where it is actually happening (be it with its servers or Brazilian providers). We have to have a formal response on this matter.

Bungie is fully aware users from Brazil are experiencing issues when attempting to play Destiny 2. Bungie has fully investigated this and found the issue is with Brazil local ISPs. This means there is nothing Bungie can do to rectify the issue. Bungie recommends you contact your ISP for support. Again, there is nothing Bungie can do regarding this because the issue is being caused by matters outside of their network. See the quote below directly from Bungie. [quote]Hi.
