Secant Filaments not granting devour, now granting overload shot with empowering rift?

4 Replies[b][u]Empowering Rifts[/u][/b] you create [b][u]grant Overload Shots[/u][/b] to you and allies inside it. Does not work with Well of Radiance. Weapons that have a Breaker Type, either by mods or intrinsically will not be overwritten. [b][u]If on Void Subclass[/u][/b]: Casting Empowering Rift grants Devour for 11 seconds.
