Since Lightfall I am struggling to fix the issue with one of the consumables on my account. I was doing Final Warning quest on two characters and therefore has received consumable "Veil Spectrometer" on both. After completing the quest on one of the characters one of the consumables disappeared. However, another one is still stuck there. As you can see from the screenshot I am not able to delete, remove or disregard it somehow. I am also disappointed it occupies one of the slots in the consumables. Is there any way to get rid of it?
