Hey there, unfortunately you've tied the Silver to an EGS game profile you then made inactive by cross saving over it. Cross save doesn't merge Silver across accounts. If you'd have set it up first, and then bought the Silver, it would be available while playing the shared Steam characters on EGS. I am not sure what to suggest. Epic will say the Silver is exactly where you left it - on a character profile you overwrote. However you could at least try Bungie's missing addon form, sorry on mobile at the moment and don't have the link.
