And when Eao did, Mara sent Sjur to kill Eao and retrieve those "secrets". And she did... Sjur killed Eao with Wishender, but also Eao told Sjur those secrets. That exchange is the lore for the bow. And then... Sjur, the greatest warrior of the Awoken... whom just solo'd a Wishdragon, was mysteriously assassinated. To keep those secrets hidden. I can't talk about those secrets just yet, and... tbh, I wish I didn't know. An enthusiastic ally spoiled it for me. Suffice to say, It was a "setup".
