I bought the "look up" emblem pin but i messed up the email because i was being fast. so i emailed bungie customers service the same day which was (Nov 28) and now its dec 2. im starting to think you guys are not real at all, because this is the worst customer service ive ever had. I sent out 2 emails and no response so i dont know what else to do.

Bungie.net and Bungie Store are separate, nobody here works for the Bungie Store so support is not available. The Bungie Store likely gets thousands of queries every day, so replying to them will take time. Though nobody likes to wait, you will need to. The Bungie store will reply to you eventually. Note that sending in multiple emails regarding the same subject will slow them down for you and other customers, so please don't do that. -
Ngl chief, Blizzard has better service support.. And they use a bot.
