It happens in various ways but sometimes in the past when the game would sit there like that it would always happen after a very important match or a match where you could tell that you did above whatever level it is you play at even if its at the extreme top level (which could explain the broken). Or sometimes if you somehow win a match that the game really had you pegged to lose for real. The one in IB might be because of something else going on in that mode but those have probably been able to happen in some way at random times through the game's whole history. Its either processing something or it just got stuck but if you notice the match prior it will almost always have something that doesn't happen like almost ever. Do not take my word for it at all I have no idea what I'm talking about but if you look back at the match before you might be supposed to be kind of proud like you just broke the damn game. Common phrases to use: A quiet and calm "brooooooookeeen" Or a slightly faster and harsher but slightly whispering "I just broke that -blam!-!" Oh btw, have to make sure that everyone knows that to think this is absolutely crazy and not anything anyone should believe. That is one thing that I can't stop doing though and with it its not always about winning the match. Oh number 2. That is those matches and that time that takes place in relation to all the other matches where you also pay attention to the very small amounts of time that take place for the game to start loading things. So its basically just an outline in the difference of matches you would have played and not that you have some kind of control over the game an it usually takes all the players doing something equally stupid or every doing everything exactly right.
