This issue started occuring with the beginning of Season of the Witch (S22) on August 23. It affects a great number of arc hunter builds and makes certain activities & encounters that are dense in minibosses, bosses and even specific red & orange bar enemies with special tasks/scripting suffer from not refreshing Combination Blow as well! This bug also occurs despite exotic armor choice (between assassin's cowl, liar's handshake or no exotic armor). I also unequipped all subclass aspects for the video linked. I'm confused how I haven't found discussion about this, as I noticed it immediately. I did also change my auto-melee keybind to a combination of charged & uncharged melee to use throwing hammer more effectively on titan without effecting my hunter, but in the video linked I reverted my keybinds to what I used previously (just auto-melee).
