It's been since the first day of the season, whenever I give my commendations, Hawthorne lights up for a reward, but it won't let me accept it. I've tried different things each week from only salvage to only dungeons to only vanguard strikes to only nightfalls, but no matter what, I can't claim the reward. I've mentioned this on twitter to the d2team account and the main account, both with no avail. It's never in the twab bug notes. I hate using forums but it's been six weeks. I don't play a ton, so I count on those powerful drops to get my level up and every one helps. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. It's account wide. I don't know what else to do.
