"Emblem Not Owned" on new Twitch sub bounty reward emblem
I've tried sending a Help ticket, but there's no category for this specific issue under "Missing Destiny 2 Emblem". All other categories require information not relative to my issue.
I cannot use the Pulsar Approaching emblem after claiming the reward from Rahool at the Tower. It's greyed out in my inventory and says "Requires Emblem Not Owned". I did the Twitch bounty on a streamer hours before (gifting two (2) subs). I have the receipt in email and in my Twitch history. I've tried restarting the game and Steam, and it still shows the error and greyed out. My emblems page is flashing like I have a new emblem as well, but there's no new emblem to see.
