Difficult Play
I have watched the videos online and the game play I am seeing is NOT what I am experiencing. I want a game I can play and complete on solo. I can not complete any of the neccessary missions, dungeons, raids, etc., either because they are too difficult or because I am left wondering what I am supposed to do next. I don't want to watch another video and I can't get others to play when I'm online. What do I do? Bungie please do something about this!!!!!!

Since you are a newer player you shouldn't be soloing dungeon they are a challenge for a reason As for raids ...don't even try to solo them Only the easiest stuff can be done solo or with random matchmaking

You CAN do everything but raids on solo, depending on your skill, and you can even solo some raids if you're cracked. This game is meant to be a social one though. They want you to make friends and squad up. You will need to be pretty good to complete "everything but raids" solo. All that to say, if you're going in with the mindset of never making friends or squadding up, you are YOURSELF making the game more difficult than it needs to be and handicapping yourself. If you're cool with that, great, bombs away, just don't come back upset that the solo experience is difficult. That won't be the games fault.

Lmao you’re playing the wrong game brother. This game can be played solo. Endgame content you need a team to do it.

Edited by NotCreative123: 5/15/2023 5:11:27 PMYou can play every almost activity by yourself without much downside. The exceptions are Dungeons, Raids, GMs, and Trials. You'll need a team to accomplish these activities because they're too difficult for a solo player or a random team to accomplish on their own.

To lfg on xbox just hit glowing button RB 3 times makes a post or see other peoples, once someone shows interest send a invite. If your joining someone else accept the invite.

Everything apart from raids you can do solo

Whatever quest you're on click it that'll track it then in destinations a green marker will be over whenever planet you need to go to. Upon arrival follow the arrow on your radar, you can all so pull out ghost to see objective marker.

Most things in this game can be soloed but some require deep understanding and good execution (most raid encounters being the exception). Destiny 2 tends to not fit that description very well for most ppl.

you either need to join a discord server or use the LFG tab on the app people are willing to teach, you just need to put in the effort to find them. and bungie is doing something about it. i believe they said in august they’re adding an in-game LFG system -
Try joining an active clan, there are plenty of active clans looking to recruit and help new players. Where are you stuck? Is it a campaign mission? Are you trying to do a raid? A dungeon? Guardian ranks were implemented to help new players complete activities and see what the next thing to do is. Check your guardian rank and see what the requirements are for the next rank, from what I hear that's very good at guiding new players through the game.

Go to a discord or the Fireteam section and make a post asking for help. Your problem is easily remedied and contrary to popular belief most people won't bite your head off for messing up.
