I feel that's it's awful that some one was dumb enough to break their NDA and ruin your Summit but do you really value community interaction? You want Feedback? Here's some on your community interaction and your own Forum. Your own Forum gets mostly ignored by your community management. Toxic Posts make up a bulk of what transpires here and on other Forums I frequent such behavior isn't tolerated it warrants warnings or bans. The toxicity of your Forum is not an excuse to abandon it. It's a reason to come help smooth it over and calm down angry or upset fans. Are the people responsible for your community management paid to post to Twitter rather than your own Forum? You've got your own Forum. You've got Reddit too. Let players know they are being heard when they offer you feedback. A good example of good interaction between a fandom and Devs lays with Digital Extremes and the Warframe Community. Maybe stream like D.E. does from time to time and take feedback that way. You could even stream and run a charity with incentives. For example: raise a certain amount and you'll talk about some subject that the community feels gets mostly ignored such as Gambits Future and your Servers. This feedback from me is offered without malice. I truly wish that your company succeeds in offering an experience that we your fans cherish and enjoy. You could improve greatly from learning from the successes of other companies. You want an ever evolving world? Try an interactive story some time. Use Square Enix's Life is Strange as a point of reference. You want good PvP or PvEvP content look to WoW with its two factions, the Horde and Alliance and how WoW has balanced that. Imagine if we had factions in Destiny? I think that could make the game more fun. Maybe add an additional Season Pass meant for the PvP connoisseur: you could look at CoDs battle passes for inspiration. Your community is diverse we don't all want a hardcore difficult endgame. We don't all want the same things. Some of us don't raid or play dungeons some of us mainly play Crucible and/or Gambit. And Gambit needs more attention. It needs new content. So I ask once more with conviction and feeling: Where's your presence on your own forum? If you value our feedback then respond to it. May peace be with you.
