I have been playing the game for a while and am attempting to get my guardian rank up to level 4. Unfortunately, the only task I have left is to complete the "Learning Light" quest. From what I can see, I have no quest that leads up to this quest or have access to the quest in general. I found a video showing where the quest's location should appear but it does not show up for me. Recent comments on the YouTube tutorial show that others have been experiencing the same issue. Is there any fix for this? Am I missing something? Is it glitched? Please help, reaching Guardian Level 4 would be the only way I could unlock fragments for my character and this issue is preventing me from doing so.
