missing 'lost splicer' intro quest
i am simply trying to give spider cookies, but i can't speak to him until i unlock the elinski quarter. currently can't locate the intro quest (lost splicer) or anything related, i've checked on europa as well as the quest archive. has anyone run into this? really frustrated.
solved. had to run a mission that was difficult to locate--thanks for reading.

Because you've to speak with spider in quest steps so surely it will unlock after hideout?, dont know if it will work but worth a shot.
