You should be able to change your characters physical appearance, but for a price.
I feel like if you don't really like the look of your Guardian's look, you should be able to redesign your Character at the tower, for a price like, I dunno, 10K glimmer or 10 legendary shards?

If Ada-1 has been downgraded from weapon master to fashion crafter, give her an option to redo your appearance, once per season, additional times costs silver. Heck, same thing for a Bungie name change. First name change is free, $5-$10 for additional changes.

When the character creator is worse than the first Dark Souls, who cares? I feel anger when a cutscene takes off the helmet and shows my characters trash face lol. Unless they redo the creator it doesn’t matter
