There is a reason why Shoulder Charge and Juggernaut weren't active at same time in D1... Bungie, you need to adjust Juggernaut!
Similar to the Offensive Bulwark aspect from Sentinels, Juggernaut should slow down either class ability recharging or melee recharging so people can't abuse it that much in PvP to get safe OHK shoulder charges with Peregrine Greaves.
So far the most broken thing I spotted in crucible.
