1 of the fragmnets is going to be highly increased super duration, longer flight for thundercrash, longer chaos reah, arc staff etc. a lot of our stuff makes our supers last longer raiden flux, chaos reach with the exotic boots, warlock top tree providing longer super duration, super energy gain on fist of havoc kills. bungie loves removing super energy gains on super kills. also they seem to increase super damage where it's lacking, arc is more raw damage and chaos reach with exotic boot is damage, add in the fragment you can have chaos reach lasting 1 minute which if fine because the dps stays the same, chaos reach always had big total damage but dps got lowered heavily by super duration. all in all, i'm betting this is going to be a fragment.
