You could argue that shoulder charge has a cooldown. You need to sprint before it activates. That combined with the fact that it only launches you one direction (forward) makes it balanced with the other movement abilities.

you can definitely yeet sideway with it and no cool down even a 5 sec one makes it not. Overall i love rift either way people have mentioned just not being able to use movment abilities just run and jump while rift carried, for the most part i like this until i think warlock blink with astrocyte is still a jump
