Prime Gaming Polaris Lance Drop - Can't retrieve and cannot relink accounts after auth revoked. Help please?

Hello. I'm trying to retrieve the latest Prime Gaming D2 loot for the [b]Polaris Lance bundle[/b]. The Prime Gaming site says it is linked with my Bungie.net account and when I clicked claim, it seemed like it went through. The loot isn't with Amanda Holliday and after digging into my Bungie.net settings, it looks like I unlinked Prime Gaming earlier this year. I don't see any options to relink though. Not sure how it let me claim the drop if the link was broken but now it won't let me try again because it thinks I already obtained it. I also checked Partner Rewards on Bnet and the drop was NOT applied. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!   • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account. You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section. If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account. Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully. If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.

    • I checked on this again today and same issue. Who should I contact about this? Is the forum the absolute only way to get help?
