Kinda hard to do when they don't respond for weeks.

If you submitted a ticket and have not gotten a response, you can enter in another ticket.

I have and still nothing. I'm limited in what I can do and I'm doing all I can and I am pissed that nothing is working in resolving this issue whatsoever.

I get that, that's why I started the post the way I did. It's intended in getting advice from other people who have had similar issues. The only other option I have is to buy the pin on the secondary market and it is going for $200-$300 -blam!- that. I'm giving one more week before I just destroy the trash I was sent with a blowtorch and melt it down and send it back.
