Ok so the high skilled don’t want to play same Skilled and lost skilled don’t want to play high skilled Players. Here is you matchmake. Separate player base into tiers up to tier 12. Only allow tier 1-3 match each other for example. On the high end 10 - 12. Group 1-3 will never play group 4+ until they attain that skill level. This should promote players learning how to develop out of their tier into the next or remain if that’s just the case for their skill. Matches will hopefully be more competitive and players in each group can set goals to reach attainable skill increase to reach med skill in their group and potentially move to the next.
