[Feature Request] Lock fireteams during boss damage sequences or in-progress encounters

This isn't a very common thing, but there are documented incidents where guardians are kicked from fireteams just before a boss dies. This is usually done so that the fireteam leader can (a) bring in someone they know to share the rewards, or (b) enjoy knowing that they made someone work and denied their rewards. A solution might be to prevent kicking when an encounter is in progress, or when a boss starts taking damage (or a combination). Thank you 😁

Thank you 😁[/quote] The best solution is just to give a share of the loot to the kicked player and prevent addition of anyone else. That way you’re stuck with or without the player at least until the end of the most recent encounter. That way if the kicked player is really that bad then you’ll still kick him - if he’s not you’ll keep him.
