Ever since Update 3.4.0, the melee regeneration from [armory]Insurmountable Skullfort[/armory] has been very inconsistent, not receiving any regen after two or three final blows. Prior to the update, any Melee Final Blow would instantly restore my melee charge for any Arc Melee ability.
Was this an intentional change? Right now, it's acting more like the D1 variant of Skullfort, which would only give a second charge (plus health regen).
