I am constantly having issues claiming Prime Loot. I have been lucky lately, I guess, but I claimed this current one and did not receive my loot. There is something messed up with the linking between Prime and Bungie. I have linked/relinked which has not helped. I've missed several loot offers in the past thanks to this problem.

Mine just dropped today. Check: https://www.bungie.net/7/en/codes/partners Mine shows [i]Prime Gaming Reward Offer 24[/i] as having dropped today, Jan 7th. Hope it's working for everyone else, too!

Everyone check your game. Mine just miraculously showed up with Holiday today. I've not heard anything directly, but maybe they are working on it....

Same issue, m8. Never an issue with any months before, but this month is different. It's claimed on prime gaming, but when checking my partner rewards the drop is nowhere to be found.

This months Loot is the first time I've ever had a problem with the loot no showing up, so something is definitely wrong.

I have this exact same problem and Bungie just denied my support request because it was off topic for the form. There's not a correct -blam!- form. How do I submit a claim for the items? Here? My last thread was a -blam!- year ago and no Bungie support people ever responded. Not resolved either. Read my message history, it's like, the last ones.

Same here, the fact bungie don't have a help line for this is beyond me. The customer service is awful. Idk what we can do to solve this.

Add me to the list, been sent back and forth between Bungie and Amazon the past few days. Bungie's rewards history isn't showing it, but Prime Gaming is, so it looks like the problem is on this side. Anyone get any assistance yet?

I am also having this issue for the first time. Every month since it's launch I have been able to successfully claim the prime loot drops. But this month they say they are claimed but they aren't delivered to amanda holiday. Tried in incognito windows to unlink and re-link in case there was a caching problem with my browser but something is still off since the rewards aren't at Amanda after a restart.

Same problem for me too! Loads of people suffering, yet not seen a single bungie help person reply to any of them!

Got the same problem, it worked before but the december loot has status claimed but isnt available ingame.
