Cant play PVE at all because of continuous "aragula" error code

I have been playing Destiny 2 for 2 years now and I absolutely love the game but i am unable to play any PVE activity because of the continuous occurring of "aragula" error code. It started from the launch of Beyond Light, in the beginning it happened rarely but now I cant complete even a single PVE activity because of it. I am trying for months now to fix this issue I have tried the Network Setup and Advanced Troubleshooting options given on bungie.net from the Network-Troubleshooting-Guide, I have searched the internet, read countless reddit posts to find a solution but I am still facing the same issues. I have checked my internet connection multiple times and its totally fine and stable because I play other online games on a regular basis and I don't have any issue with any other game. Please can any one help me figure this issue out otherwise i'll have no option but to stop playing this game completely. PLEASE RESPOND
