Our clan has seen a few of these. We had a disgruntled clan member that was kicked out and has since reported us almost every time we change out callsign and/or clan name. It’s a pain, and unfortunately bungie has not been able to do much about it

I appreciate the analogy and potential,…. However we have never kicked anyone out. Never banned anyone. We have declined a number of join requests, but primarily because the entire clan is real friends in real life. None of this online, virtual familiarity garbage. All I can think of is that we finally managed to school someone in Crucible that got all bent and figured the only way to get even was to report the Clan.

I could have made it a but more clear, yes, but I was attempting to say that it could just be someone who decided to report you guys for whatever reason. Perhaps, as you said, embarrassing someone in pvp. Its unfortunate since bungie really does not have any good avenues for discussion for clan admins or members about such issues
