Symmetry unable to pierce non-champion barriers
The Exotic [b]Scout Rifle[/b] "Symmetry", unlike most other Scout rifles and Auto rifles, is not able to pierce barriers, such as Hydra Shields or Hobgoblin shields, when the seasonal mod "Anti-Barrier Scout Rifle". It is still able to pierce champion shields and proc a stun, but in every other instance I've tried it, it will not pierce normal barriers.

2 things: 1. Did you make sure to equip the mod 2. Is it al the time or when you are just in tracking mode? It might not work on the tracking mode.

Is this issue in both firing modes or just one of them?

This also happened to me, I haven't used the weapon since, since this seems to be an on going issue over forums throughout time. I was running master Warden and couldn't pierce the hydra armor. I haven't tried since.
