I cant state this enough: this is a bungie problem.
The switch from D1 to D2 raids. Wiping mechanics, leaving behind a normal (easier) learning raid, and completely moving away from the excitement of hero moments (primarily the fun and exciting former raid element where one guardian can rise and save raids) killed lfg. Or at least the vast majority of that part of the community that sherpas raids and spent time helping teach strategy and mechanics and to a point carry guardians through these amazing gaming set pieces.
It's too stressful now. It just is. And that makes tolerance for mistakes and wipes and swapping unacceptable in raid lfg groups.
Either way. I recommend find a core group of people you like playing with and muscle your way through. Leave lfg alone.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
