Checked on my collection in game, can confirm that you can use it on solar armors.
Also checked on the API. You don't have the mod acquired, so you just need to wait for Banshee-44 to sell it. It is only a display issue and does not impact the availability of the mod.

Thank you for your reply. I bring this 'issue' up as previous to the last update/hotfix, the un-acquired mods would be greyed out - which was the case prior to the last update, but since then, it is the only mod that doesn't show at all. There are too many veribles for it to just be a case of it not being first acquired, which I fully understand and agree with.
