I have issue in my account and I already opened two tickets but no one seems to help. And I was checking my account information and found out that my old records are gone. I have been playing the game since D1 and in the website it shows only 3 years registered in my profile. I checked my profile because I noticed that some of my purchased emblems are gone. I send emails, Twitter and did everything under the sun but didn’t get any support. So please if anyone know any tech support guy from destiny please help me!!

Hi. Thanks for contacting us. Looking at your account, I see that you're using Cross Save and your PSN characters are your main characters. Does the Steam account you're logging in to have the same ID number as the one listed in your Bungie account? If you log into Destiny 2 and go to Orbit, can you press ENTER to open the chat window? When it's open, type in "/id" and press ENTER. Can you copy the number it shows and send it back to me?
