My game is crashing on europa, any help?
I crashed once after I rescued variks, another time after trying to launch the following mission, and another time, after trying to load into europa. Has anyone else been having crashes? my game doesn't usually crash and I don't know if its the servers or on my end. Would love some help to try and prevent this because I'm currently in q for the 4th time and it kinda sucks

I'm currently having a problem with Europa problem, I only got the beyond light DLC a few days ago and had the time to play it today... but whenever I go to Europa my game simply closes to the desktop. so far I've tried reinstalling the game, lowering my graphics settings, turning off the nvidia shader cahce, made sure my graphics drivers weren't corrupted and up to date, hard reset my modem, restarted my PC doesn't matter what I do, I can't get to Europa. I choose the location, starts loading in like normal, it loads and I fly down to the planet, I get planatery sounds and a black screen for about a minute before the game closes itself, no error reports or anything.

7 RepliesI keep hard crashing on the second mission on Europa without an error code. I am currently reinstalling the game to see if it helps but it may be on the server-side.

8 RepliesFor anyone still hoping and looking for a fix. Clearing my Nvidia Shader Cache worked. 1.) Disable shader cache in Nvidia Control Panel 2.) Restart PC 3.) Program Data (This is a hidden folder you need to enable seeing them in your explorer) -> Nvidia Corporation -> NV_Cache -> Delete files inside. 4.) Enable shader cache in Nvidia Control Panel 5.) Restart Computer

4 RepliesNot sure if this will help everyone maybe only pc users, but I was crashing almost every time I tried to load into Europa after completing the first mission. I had a tried a number of things including reinstalling the game with no luck. I ran steam as Administrator and for some reason that fixed my issue. Hopefully that helps some.

My game crashes on PS4. Never happened before Beyond Light. Being booted of Europa, usually when loading into other areas, but it happens in the Cosmodrome as well. Completely reinstalled the game. Problem persists.

I'm having the issue but only when it loads at the beginning when I start the game, it crashes.

Similar issue, been a bit stuttery throughout, however I'm at what I assume is the final campaign mission. Get a huge frame drop when I first load in and manage about 30 seconds in the actual mission before it boots me to orbit and shows an error code of Arugula? (I can't find any record of that error on the help site) Happening every single time I load in to that particular mission...

I have been having the same issue since I first logged in at 3pm. I could rarely load into the tower and would hear the load in sound but then crash at any other location. I tried downloading the game on a different newer desktop and it seems to be working. This not really a viable solution for anyone, but I hope it provides more information for those who are hopefully working on a fix.

Same issue here, did the first mission without issue, crashed on the second. Wont even let me load into Europa 8/10 times, and the few that do I crash when launching the second mission.

Mine is hard crashing while trying to load into ANY patrol zone, even EDZ, Moon, Nessus and the Reef. It loads the missions, Crucible and Gambit matches just fine. Idk if it is CPU, RAM or GPU problem (probably not, since I'm in a fresh gtx 1650 super).

1 Reply@shmuel if you havent gotten your game up and running, try underclocking your GPU. I underclocked my GPU my 150mhz and everything is working now

Im having the exact same problem. Finished the first mission, crashed. Now I can't load back to Europa at all but I can go anywhere else.

Same issue here as well... I wish we could get some word that they are having issues with it. I would rather know its an issue in which they are aware of, and not something going unspoken of...
