Unfortunately the Faction shaders are currently unobtainable. If you didn't have any in your inventory or vault (being applied to an item doesn't count) when Collections was implemented, then they weren't tracked and added.

Thank you for your help. Bit of a bummer, but whatevs. I'll just hope they add a dark shader next expansion. Got my skele ghaul which is fine for me😁.
